• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Sale or final-clearance items are not eligible for return.

• To start a return, contact us at support@strtbtrfly.com with your order number.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
